"My designer is fabulous and the reason I still purchase from Savavieh - She’s a gem!!! The customer service was terrible. I had a delivery that was very delayed and was not notified while I waited and called many times . I finally was told the truck broke down and would need to reschedule. I explained that I wasn’t living close by and was leaving for out of state snd needed the delivery. I came at 8:30 am and finally got my furniture at 8:30 pm. It was damaged and I had many problems getting the furniture finally replaced a month later. The communication, difficulty getting a resolution and generally the attitude of the manager was most upsetting. The sales designer Suzanne saved the day and went above and beyond to solve all the issues! She deserves a big raise. I only continue to purchase there because of her and the decent furniture they carry."
