"Skip this location. Other customers are worse than the "I could care less" staff. If I didn't work holiday retail for over 15 years, I would have left the $400+ of full-priced merchandise at the counter and shopped ANYWHERE ELSE, $30 gift card be dammed. Hint to checkout representative: its your job to ask for help for the checkout line. And if you hate retail, work somewhere else. Do what I did, go to grad school and get therapy."

"I'm so grateful to these guys. I was picking up some poles for a set of wire shelves I have… I asked if they had any of the old school extendable pole "feet" because one of mine was missing from another pole set… They went out of their way to go looking through all the stock and found me a set! So now I have More metro shelf poles than I need I can put up an extra set! They could not be nicer at this store. Very grateful."

"Worst customer service ever. I came to pick up a pre-order. The staff misheard my request. She took “text” for “tax”, and laughed at my English. Very rude and disrespectful. I have never had any issues in any other places around. What a shame for a chain store. Will never come back again!"

"I LOVE this store. I have never had a bad experience during all my years of shopping at the Livingston location. The staff is friendly, patient, and so knowledgeable about the products. Although a bit pricey, I can tell the quality is better than Home Goods or Target. I'm also so impressed with how well the staff treats one another. I always feel bad interrupting, but they always alleviate my concerns. I asked my cashier recently about one person who was so patient with another staff member, training him, making him feel good about his decisions, yet pausing to assist me. I should have known, but it was the general manager - either Malorie or Valerie (sorry). Not the first time I witnessed this from her, but the first time I personally interacted with her. A++++ hire!"
