There’s was a woman at the front desk (can’t remember her name) she was so accommodating after we received a hearing accessible room that had a tub instead of a roll in shower like I requested. We went to the lobby and told her what happened and she accommodated us. I’ll stay here again and would recommend anyone who uses a wheelchair like myself."
