During our first visit, Janna took so much time to learn about Ponchi and helped us understand what regular grooming would entail. Janna gave advice on how Ponchi should look. During each grooming, Janna examines your pet for any skin issues, any irregularities and alerts you to the issues when you pick up your pet. Ponchi's Christmas haircut was the talk of the neighborhood and everyone wanted to know where we take him. Janna's prices are extremely fair and she even includes tooth brushing which many groomers I called did not. Another great thing is the between grooming package where your pet can get a face trim, paw/leg trip and quick touch up. The cost of this package is extremely reasonable. Ponchi loves going to visit Janna and we will keep visiting for many years to come."
