Reviews of Regal Essex Crossing
"This theater is my absolute favorite place! It’s like diving into a dreamworld…. I love taking my wife there whenever we can make up some time and always leaving satisfied. The seats are spacious super comfortable just like home. 5***** Thank you for always having us such an amazing time ❤️"
"My new favorite movie theater. The seats have buttons that you use to put the back down and the feet up like a recliner. They also have a built-in tray for your food and snacks as well as cup holders. Very comfortable. The theater is very clean and the workers great you when you come in and when you leave. Very sweet people."
"I signed up for regal unlimited and starting coming here. The last movie I ever seen in theaters was flubber but that was around 1997 and when I was a kid in school. I love this location. Staff is friendly and kind and the place is big. At the beginning I was scared to go to the movies and I remember asking people to go with me but everyone made excuses. I have really bad social anxiety and PTSD and I was scared that being around a group of people would trigger my PTSD. I kept pulling off going to the movies because everyone was basically either too busy or made excuses so I decide to take that risk and go by myself and that was the best decision I ever made. The first movie I saw was little mermaid. When I was in that theater I was feeling proud of myself. I felt this sense of freedom and confidence. I felt happy being there on my own. I’m an introvert so most introvert would understand that feeling. I started to feel happier being on my own. this changed me because I went to the movies again that same day but at night to see flash. Then I went back the following day and the day after. I was no longer afraid and felt true freedom. the crazy story is that I was supposed to go to the movies yesterday with my neighbor but I ditched her and went by myself. I remember being afraid of going alone and now I feel like I don’t need anyone and I’m fine being by myself. I do feel disappointed that it took this long for me to take those steps. I wish I could have done this years ago because I missed out on so many great movies that was in theaters"
"I really like this cinema! It is clean for the most part; the theatres are not overcrowded - in my experience. The staff is helpful and management looks to be making an effort. There is a small bar/lounge area on both floors to wait for someone running late or chat about the movie with friends afterwards OR sit and sip solo!"
