Glazzio Tiles 2361 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11210

"Purchased Glazzio back splash tiles from my Cabinet Company. White tulip textured VS421. On the sample board at the showroom, the imprinted design on the tile is straight. Today they are installing my back splash, I walk in the kitchen and look and notice right away the tiles are not all the same. The imprinted design is crooked on many of the tiles, some more than others so now it looks like the tiles have been put on wrong but that is not the case. I tell them to stop while I call Glazzio. I call the company to find out why all the tiles are not imprinted straight, the woman on the phone tells me " we don't talk to customers, you have to call the vendor you purchased from" ??? I try to explain I just need to know if the tiles are suppose to be all different b/c I have to decide right now to have them all removed before the mortar sets up. Again, "we don't talk to customers" I take pictures and call my Cabinet Co. They see exactly what I'm talking about but they can only email pictures and wait for a response.??!! POOR customer service! I had the workers take them off. ** The Glazzio company called me today and apologized for what happened. They told my vendor to send back the unused tiles and they would fully refund. Christina whom I spoke with was very nice and gave me her direct line. I very much appreciated the call and apology!! I choose a different tile and am looking forward to the result."

"A shady manufacturer. No customer service. They don't provide technical information to customers at all. They offer to install glass tile on the shower floor. Their main goal is to sell, no matter what consequences are."

"Selected Orbit Meteor Shower by Glazzio Tile. A metallic tile. Ordered by our tile company and it arrived scratched even though wrapped in protective plastic packaging. Obviously damaged during the manufacturing process. .Frustrating thing is that they would not replace it nor would they pay for return shipping costs even though they sent defective product. Nice looking tile but bad follow through. Buy tile from a company that stands behind the quality of what they ship out. Avoid this company if you can."

"Horrible customer server. Man these people are RUDE!!! Ordered tiles from them - they sent the wrong amount - then I asked them if they could next day the remaining on my own FedEx account - they said yea if you schedule a pickup. I asked if they have a regular scheduled pickup - they said yes - but its not our responsibility to schedule your own pickup. I was like are you guys serious? It was 5 small boxes of subway tiles - I asked if any employee on the way home would drop it off at a FedEx drop box - they said sorry its not our problem. Talk to your dealer. Its Thursday and I had the project scheduled for tomorrow - then the plumber and electrician over the weekend. Now I have to find a new way to get these tiles and everything is just sitting. Totally disappointed in them. Will never refer them or buy another item from them. Keep in mind - I sent a prepaid label to them! All they had to do was stick the boxes in the mail!!!"

"Terrible customer service. I’m looking for 2 sheets of Boardwalk Series Sand Dune. I’m trying to finish a bathroom and can’t find anymore of this tile. I spoke with customer service in Brooklyn, explained my situation and begged if I could buy 2 sheets from the company. I’m located in Long Island and will drive to Brooklyn to buy it from them. All customer service could say was No we only sell wholesale. While I understand the company has policies to follow, I would think in the interest of good customer service, creating a loyal future customer who would recommend the company to others and just helping a fellow human being out, I thought perhaps the customer service agent would have at least put me on hold and asked her boss or let me speak to them. Now I wouldn’t recommend the company."
