"3 years ago I met with Dr. Harris, although I was a bit intimidated she knew her stuff but I choose to wait and see what other options are out there .. 3 years later I come back and meet once again with Dr. Harris. She examined me and gave me a quote, and I booked my first service with reflections. Dr. Harris is professional and gets straight to the point. Some people don’t like that, but I didn’t mind, because we’re used to hearing from others “ no worries it’s not that bad we will make you look great and all the hype!! But not the truth and Dr. Harris is just bluntly honest!! There’s nothing wrong with that .. people should be more open … anyway, I finally had my first fraxel laser done and to be honest … she’s not what everyone states she is, she’s very nice and just doesn’t mess around with her profession. She did the fraxel it’s been one week and my skin has never looked felt the way it does now… I also did chin filler and I absolutely love love love my results. I trust her work and I’m happy finally have found a doctor and a practice to help me with my skin issues and to make me look and feel beautiful ..I feel brand new and it’s all thanks to her honestly, I trust her and others should give it a chance and not judge so quickly. Thank you, Dr Harris , I’m will back in one month for one more fraxel laser treatment and whatever else she thinks I may need !! As for the staff .. I’ve delt with all the girls there and everyone was welcoming very nice and answered any questions I had. Thanks Erika pelaez"

"Dr Chasin helped to restore my skin after chemo. I lost collegian, hallow dark under eyes, hyperpigmentation, acne scars and sagging skin. He used laser creams and fillers and I look better now than I did before chemo. As a black woman with skin issues its hard to find someone who knows how to treat all skin types and issues. Hes very kind and takes time to talk through every aspect of treatment."

"After 8 years, I am writing this review. Why? Because I just received an email from them and it just brought up all that pain from my last appt at this place. I had about 3 appts for laser hair removal on my face and neck with one doctor. She knew to take it low and slow due to my skin tone. Before my last appt, I received a phone call saying the dr was sick and they had to reschedule my appt. I rescheduled and when I showed up, new dr came in, like she was on uppers and supercharged with energy. She and her assistant in the room said the doctor I was seeing had left the practice and made some uncalled for comment about her. She then proceeded to say that she's going to get rid of all my hair and then started the process--I was taken aback, upset that I had been lied to but then had also driven about 40 min to do this appt. I told her that the treatment was hurting and she dismissed me in a dismissive, upbeat and "manic" way. I left with my face hurting. The following day, my face and neck were covered in hyperpigmentation-I looked like a zebra. When I complained, they threw in one free chemical peel. I had to have 4 other chemical peels(I paid for myself) in the course of a year, and wear super thick make up to cover the hyperpigmentation. Stay away from this place. If they had told me the truth about my doctor leaving, and the new doctor had read her notes, been knowledgeable about skin tones and lasers and been upfront, I wouldn't have been left with a very bad result and having my face disfigured. I was just going to move on and forget this whole thing but sending me an email for your "National Botox Day" sale, has brought up that feeling again."

"WARNING… do not go to Renata Wix-Harris. There’s so much I could say about the way she treats her customers. If I did that I would have to write a book and who has time for that. What was done to me was highly unprofessional and unethical. I’ve moved on and found a place where they actually treat me like a human being. Plus they don’t lie to me about numbing my lips before they stick a needle in me 50 times which is unnecessary and extremely painful to the point I pass out. Thanks Harris for the unforgettable memory. Before reflections tells me in their comment Harris has many customers who love her, have you actually gone through all different online platforms and read the reviews on Harris? Clearly you haven’t."
