"I purchased two sets of hoops from here, gold and silver, and another set of earrings with one hoop in the pack. I opened the gold pair and they do not close at all. I’ve tried multiple times trying to close them but it’s nearly impossible. I tried returning the unopened pair explaining this and they said they’re final sale, and to keep trying to close them. I know it’s not the cashiers fault (who wasn’t very pleasant or helpful in the first place and I even asked if there’s a number or anyone else I can speak to about this) but as a company there should be some type of compensation for this. The earrings do not close, they’re unwearable. I lost 75$ because of this (3 sets of poorly made earrings). and they wouldn’t even let me exchange them for another pair. Also, no one told me that earrings are final sale, and the only place that says they’re final sale is the receipt AFTER PURCHASE. I’d recommend no one shop here for earrings. Update- I reached out to Lovisa soon after this happened and they were SO kind and resolved my issue with no problem. They got back to me quickly too. I don’t know why this wasn’t recommended when I asked the cashier. They made it sound like it wasn’t going to help. It’s NOT the company, just the location. Or maybe the cashier wasn’t having the best day(I’m sorry if that’s the case :/ ) BUT I went to the Menlo mall location in Edison and they were so nice and helpful :)"

"i came in earlier to get an ear piercing, but when i had simple questions about allergy reactions, and the type of jewelry being used i was given ignorant vibes and they seemed heavily annoyed. All the employees except the cashier were all in bad moods and not welcoming. So me and my siblings didn’t proceed with our purchase! do better."

"My daughter and I were in your bridgewater nj store tonight at around 6:45 pm wanting to have my daughter’s ears pierced. The employee was piercing another ladies ears. I inquired about having my daughters ears pierced after she was done and we were told she was too tired, too hungry, has been there too long, needed to straighten up the store and was going to close early so she would not be able to pierce my daughter’s ears. Needless to say we left disappointed. Your store has lost a customer and unfortunately we will not recommend your location to any family members in the future either. Thank you."

"I’ve always had great experience here with employees asking me for help, checking me out, bagging my stuff. Also my incredibly affordable piercings from here are still gold. I’ve had this belly ring in for 15 months. How it’s still gold for the price it was is beyond me. Same with my Nose ring I’ve had For about 10 months."
