"I rarely post reviews about businesses, but I feel compelled to express my experience to the business. I received a mani and pedi a week ago from the business. Firstly, the didn't offer me water, and the woman kept of grabbing my hand to make me "hold still." After I was done, the woman demanded I tip her %15-20%. Tip to business - be kinder to your customers, offer water, and don't be rude when you're doing someone's nails. Also - your fees are crazy. The job wasn't commensurate with the $105 fee. I'd happily tip more if you provided better service. I will not be going back."

"I’m giving the location one star because their staff were nice. Otherwise not even that. I wanted to get my nails done for graduation and was willing to splurge here (services were too expensive for the quality). I got the silk extensions on a Friday and they broke Saturday. Saturday I went to get them fixed and they told me to come back Sunday at 12. Sunday at 12 they told me my appointment was at 2. When I went to get them fixed they made a comment like “you must be heavy handed”. It’s not that I’m heavy handed rather that the nails were thin, the apex of the nail needed extra product to ensure them not breaking. I did not care to finish the service as I was frustrated and left the location. There are several other reason why I cannot recommend this place, but these are my main reasons. Perhaps nail extensions are not their forte."

"I've been to several and i mean MANY nail spas within the states and overseas and this place has always been my safe haven and comfort for the past 10 years. It is clean and peaceful, and services are excellent. The staff are seasoned and professional and friendly. I can't go anywhere else. I've been spoiled...badly. And I can't rave enough about Cynthia's facials. It is literally a whole body healing experience and i come out feeling like a new person. She is seriously a miracle-worker."
