"This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdresser salon. I am writing this review as a warning to other people, not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon. I left the place in tears and had to save the rest by cutting most of my hair off at a different place. The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I came in and asked for Angie, who was recommend to me by a friend, but nobody reacted to my presence. Before being able to speak to anybody about what I wanted, I had to wait additional 30 minutes. I got the vibe that I was disturbing the workers from their conversations. Finally, some lady, who ended up working with me, came to me and couldn't understand a word of English. Another client had to translate to her that I wanted to line up the ends- cut only 4-6 centimeters off and nothing else. The place was overall dirty; the towels they used to dry my hair were covered in somebody else's hair--it was absolutely disgusting. When the time came to getting the haircut, the hairdresser sliced my hair diagonally, giving me uneven bangs and stair-looking layers. I couldn't stop crying when I realised what she did, and instead of apologising and offering to fix it or at least drying my hair, the hairdresser just kicked me out and said that I didn't have to pay, which sounded like I just got lucky! The bottom line is I had beautiful blond hair below my waist, and when I left the salon I had them chopped unevenly, some up to my chin, some up to my eyes, as if a 5 year old was given scissors to play with. If I could give this place negative number of stars, trust me I would. I ended up going to another place, where a team (A TEAM!!!!) of hairdressers attempted at fixing this horror, but most of it had to be cut off- unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done about the 'bangs'. I would like to know what the salon manager thinks of all these reviews, because by the looks of things, I am not the only one who will NOT be going back. The staff are rude, unapproachable, and would rather talk to each other than communicate with their clients. It's unspeakable what was done to my beautiful locks. I would like someone at the salon to get back to this review. Uploaded before and after pictures."
