"10/10. Hands down the absolute best place for a facial in NYC! I have been getting bimonthly / monthly facials for the past 5 years at another top NYC spa, and after having been recommended to Vicki Morav multiple times by a highly regarded professional and person friend in the beauty industry, I finally decided to give it a try and I cannot recommend enough! The facility, products, and services are all elite and well worth the price tag. I now see Natasha and after two facials, I can say my skin looks better now, than it ever has before (and I’ve tried all types of fancy facials, microcurrents, lasers, injections, expensive tools and products, etc). I highly highly recommend the microneedling! I have very sensitive and reactive skin and I’m on day 2 and my skin has improved drastically!"

"Incredible customer service, fast shipping and prompt, friendly responses with product inquiries. I live in the Midwest, so I have never been able to visit the spa in person, but I have always felt like a valued customer. The one & only time I had an issue with a product (faulty packaging, no fault of theirs.) it was taken care of immediately. Could not ask for better customer service!"

"I have been ordering my BR products from Resque Spa for years but this time I decided to try Vicki Morav. First and Last time. Yes, my order arrived for 3 days which is the only good thing. I opened my bottle of Lotion p50V a couple of weeks after I received it because I had left from my previous one. And here start my disappointment... Very watery consistency, not the same smell and it doesn't turn my face red as usual p50V does on my skin. I contacted the customer service about the issue but they don't seem to care. There is nothing they can do. I should have contact them earlier - their answer. Thank you Vicki Morav!"
