"My mom was a regular here and about a month or two ago she made it in time to get hair removal done before closing. She had taken off her gold necklace and forgot to take it with her as she left promptly as to now have them go past closing. She went in the next day at opening and with luck it was the same lady from closing but she ended up saying she couldn't do any until the manager came in. My mom waited and in the end told her there was no necklace and she didn't see anything. We would've understood if it would've been mid day but she was literally the last and first customer. It's really disappointing as my mom enjoyed going there but even more that for a chain they are willing to lose a loyal customer. En español se los dejo en corto me robaron una cadena de oro. Era la última clienta cuando se me olvide llevarme mi cadena. Fui el próximo día temprano y era la misma señora me dijo que iba tener que esperar a la manager. La espere y aun haci me dijeron que no vieron ninguna cadena. Fue el único lugar donde me la quite. Si no queiren qué le roben busquen otro lugar con personas honestas. Update 11.10.23 - You told my mother you didn't see anything. Now you are changing your story and saying you SAW her put it on. Saying you don't care about the necklace is disrespectful meaning you don't care about your customers you only care about the money which leads me to believe you kept the necklace as well since now your story has changed. Also purse or no purse, nothing should have been stolen in your establishment! You are thieves and it's sad that over a necklace that had sentimental value you are willing to lose customers as I have told all the people I've told about you to stop going as well. Update : 11.17.23 You've now updated your own response to my review to say you "LITERALLY" handed it to my mom when you previously wrote you "SAW" her put it on. Did you also happen to notice her leave it and keep it! Hopefully this review helps at least one person not get robbed and lied too."
