"I went for a routine facial and this is my first time at Heyday. The shop was clean and the ambiance was calming. I was warmly greeted at reception and then Drew Jones came out to greet me and tell me she was prepping the room (I was early). I was offered water, and access to the WC the brief moment I waited. Drew is friendly, talented, and honestly so funny. When I left my skin was glowin’. Drew was gentle even when doing extractions - I barely felt a pinch.
