"This was my first time coming here. I really did like the experience, she was very nice and it was very calming. i had a 50% off coupon so my lashes came to $70. the original was $140!!! thankgod i had a coupon because i would never pay that much for such thin lashes. On top of that $70 i was going to tip $10 for the experience. she said lowest amount that could do was $25 which is 15% of $140….so i paid $95 she got $25 tip didn’t let me customize the amount at all or even offer it in cash. I like the lashes for $70 but for $140 and a $25 tip i would recommend going somewhere that offers more thicker lashes. more for your money. i’ve already lost 5 lashes. supposedly there’s “100” lashes on each eye. idk about that and why is it that after 2 hours they falling out"

"Worst customer service!!! Been going there for a year now, I had an appointment for 10am. I called Jeanie lash to let them know 'I was going to be 10 mins late', they said as ' long as you get here by 10:15am you ll be fine '. Got there at 10:12am and I believe her name was Jasmine , she goes 'it usually takes me 1 hour and 15 mins to do your lash but today I only have 30 mins because you are late, so I ll do you for 30 mins ' When I asked Jeannie who was sitting right next to her, why didnt she asked me to reschedule when I called. (Mind you I drove 1 hour to get to them for my Lash appointment). They both pretended, they didn't speak English.. HOW COULD YOU DO THE JOB THAT TAKES YOU MORE THAN AN HOUR IN 30 mins?? Well they lost a very loyal customer.. I have brought over 5 customers to them so i guess they lost them and all of the future customers I would have recommended.. PLease do not go there if you respect your time and lashes!! RUDE people with zero customer service skills !!!"

"I am very picky when it comes to my lashes. I tried over 8 places before and wasn’t satisfied. I am So happy I found Jeannie lash !! Been going there for a little over a year and couldn’t be happier with the service. Jasmine does my lashes and I love them!!!❤️ Note: Yes, they are strict with the appointment times. Don’t book if you’re not sure if you can make it or if you know You will be late. I totally understand the reason behind this …they want to take their time to do a good job and don’t want to run late and have their clients wait. I understand and respect that!"

"First of all the lady that sit in the front has an attitude. She cancel my appointment because I was 15 minutes late. She asked my sister and I to come back because this job will take 1 hour 1/2. Once there it took like 45 mins. It was a waste money and time. They didn’t last 3 days. I came back to complain and they fixed them and actually took them more than an hour. I don’t know what kind of glue they use or if they are professional but the lashes didn’t last 1 week. They all fell off!!!!!! I’m so disappointed"

"Highly recommend!! Drove from Manhattan to get my eyelashes extensions done after seeing all the good reviews. My mother and I were completely stunned by the care, professionalism and how are eyelashes looked! I’m extremely picky about my eyelashes and I’ve gone to over six different places in Manhattan and could not find a place that had good quality lashes that lasted a while and that looked good for days. Jeanie and Jasmine were absolutely amazing!! My eyelashes received numerous compliments from friends and strangers on the street lol.
