"incompetent service, hygiene issues (unclean tools, remnant cuticles in tools prior to service, files had stains, etc). also nail powder not cleaned properly, applied lotion to hands prior to washing, nail broken night of treatment. in addition to these issues, when calling the next day to address just the broken nail, not the multitude of health and service issues, the attendant who answered the phone was extremely rude, did not let me finish any of my sentences and treated me as if I was the problem. DO NOT come here under any circumstances"

"It was a very pleasurable experience. It’s very difficult for me to have pedicures, because My feet are extremely sensitive. However, the technician was amazing. It was the first time I was able to enjoy a foot massage for the first time in a long time."

"Pros: Nice parking lot, comfortable waiting area with water, tea, and snacks. Fairly priced couples massage ($80), Variety of massage techniques. Cons: If previous couple is late then ure massage also will be late. This may be a lack of staff issue. Massage table can get uncomfortable after long periods, hot stones were too hot. They don't do a survey prior they just start on you right away, so if u have some sore spots they'll never know how u tell them. Therapist would interrupt by talking to her partner. I'd recommend if u want a massage on a budget."
