"I wish I could give it a better review, but my waxing experience today was not what I expected. They make a big deal about their pain free waxing, but my upper half leg wax today was on the more painful side of my previous waxing experiences elsewhere. It was also not a very clean wax job. I noticed missed areas of hair when I got home, and some wax was left on my leg, making it uncomfortable. The three stars are because they were nice and professional."
