"So sad what happened to this formerly great business! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars for many years at Erase and came back recently and it felt like a completely different place. The staff seemed overwhelmed and rushed. The facilities look “tired”. The treatments felt like they were racing against time to finish. Overall I am not sure if they have new management or pressure to get though people fast but this is not where I would go any longer. As MANY have said here, I too was running literally 3 minutes late…I called to tell them out of respect, and the reply was “well we charge for missed appointments and if you show up we might only be able to do one area…but will still have to use your package for all the areas booked…” Are you kidding me?? The lack of customer service or care is shocking. It’s bad enough to go to the worst area in Manhattan but to be treated like that…as so many have said, deplorable. I am working with AMEX to have the rest of my package money returned, luckily they have amazing customer service and protection built in for situations like this. I gave two stars because I have fond memories here, been going since it was much smaller and new…sad to see it go down this path. (And BTW all my hair basically grew back…have been using a new treatment place and already notice a major difference)"

"Finally got to try Erasespa after following it on Instagram for months. The front desk person was so welcoming. Rosie asked lots of questions before starting my facial and it was absolutely wonderful. My skin was glowing! Can't wait for my next visit."
