"We took the "Miami Skyline 90 min Cruise of South Beach Millionaire Homes & Venetian Islands" tour. Finding where we needed to go was a little tricky, we had to ask a few people from other operators to find out way. We were then told to head to a booth to exchange our electronic tickets for paper ones. The tour itself was fairly good, however it was quite tricky to hear our guide. While on board, there was a "free raffle", with the promise of a free vacation for a prize, which we won. After having spoken with the representative about our "prize", it became clear it was some kind of scam. The attitude from our guide when it came to tips was also poor, practically demanding an additional $5 per person. Tips should always be discretionary!"

"We have arrived 30 minutes prior to the departure but we were told there is No space for us in the booked boat so they rebooked us for another hour. There was No priority for those customers who did not fit for the originally booked ship, so we had to stand in the line again with No guarantee of going on the next one. Organisation and helpfullness of staff very poor. It suppose to be 90 minutes Cruise while it only took 60 minutes by the time previous Group left the boat and we have boards. View from the boat was really Good."

"I booked our tickets thru Tiqets.. got a little discount. Believe our lady was Ariana on the 90minjte tour.. She was AMAZINGLY awesome! Super funny, knowledgeable and super nice. She definitely made the tour alot of fun. We were a little confused where to go when we got down to the piers but everyone we asked or came into contact with were super helpful. We got our picture taken when boarding the boat and the picture turned out great! Paid $20 which was worth it in my eyes. Originally our cruise was supposed to be at 430p but they got us on at 4p which was perfect timing for the sunset. We got to see everything in the light and the end was the sun setting and then docking was dark so we got to see the city all lit up. Next time we are in Miami we will definitely be coming back! Oh and we got to see a couple dolphins as well which made it even more great of a cruise!"

"Review of the tour for Ellis Island / Statue Of Liberty, NYC Did take some time in the line (in Battery Park). Did not go into State of LIberty torch; did get to torch base (a good choice). Be sure to visit the old torch. Ellis Island was very interesting, with GREAT views of NYC."
