"I almost never say this... but if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. With a number of options for jet ski and wave runner rentals in Ocean City, I went with Wet & Wild because of their great reviews. Many reviews mentioned outstanding customer service and overall experience... and I agree 100%. After two outings this past week, I am absolutely impressed with this amazing business. The staff were very patient, friendly, and helped us feel safe. They were incredible with our six-year-old daughter with special needs and gave her all the time she needed to get ready. When my wife ran aground on a sandbar, they never made her feel bad and even gave a full refund when she decided to head in after her first lap. Our first experience was so great, I decided to take our daughter out again a few days later (not to mention she kept asking multiple times a day to go back). Big shout out to the owner and the three employees, Cutter, Brett, and Brandon, who all provided us with two awesome experiences. We will absolutely be returning during our future annual shore weeks in OCNJ. And if you go, don't forget to tip! We have immediate family who run a similar business in another state and they helped us understand how much of a difference it makes."

"Our teenagers and their friends were keen to ride jet skis once again in Ocean City. Jet skis were in great condition, staff was pleasant and the kids had a great time. Drivers have to have a permit or license to drive and drive on a course with staff monitoring. They had a great time, thank you!"
