"Aurelio assisted us in planning our honeymoon to Hawaii. We traveled to Oahu and Kauai and had the best time! The hotels were both beautiful and Aurelio helped us find something that was in our price range. Everything was located exactly where we wanted, and he referred us to different excursions that would be fun to see while we were away! We saw Pearl Harbor, did a Circle Island Tour of Oahu, swam with sea turtles, and went mountain tubing! It was the best trip ever!"

"My experience with Ace World Travel was not good. Aurelio was difficult to work with. I wanted to meet face to face but he avoided that. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he would change the subject, and he wasn't on top of things. I missed excursion sign ups because he insisted it was too early and his car rental proposals were priced all wrong by about 50%. The worst part, however, is that he lied to me and for that, I have no tolerance. During our first phone conversation he asked me to venmo him a deposit of $100 which would be applied as a credit to my account. At the end of our business together, he denied that statement and said it was a fee. Of course, it's not the money. The amount is small but it's the principle Of The Thing and for this reason, I do not recommend doing business with Ace world travel."
