"Terrible experience missed a flight with them, I call in and there is nobody to talk to, just an Indian call center (this is why I needed a travel agent and not just online) I was on the phone for an hour trying to see what the next step is u got nowhere at the end I bought a new ticket out of pocket. "Had a problem after purchasing two tickets to Israel. Charged me $200.00 more than they should have. Spoke to a rep who didnt care at all. Was promised a call back which never hapoened. They just care about money. Customer service not a priority here!"
