"Such an unprofessional business being run here. They say your truck will be done in 2 weeks that 2 weeks turned into over 2 months. When they say the truck is all fine and dandy it breaks down on me again even though he owner, Ben, said he test drove it and everything was fine. I needed my truck for plowing businesses and right as I was on my way to my last couple jobs the truck breaks down again bc the radiator snapped. Found out later on they were leaning on it and cracked and kept quiet about it. Ben told me he would be there first the in the morning 9AM and finish putting a brand new radiator in which he said would only take 30 minutes. I tried calling and texting him multiple times Saturday morning. I ended up going there myself, pulling the radiator out myself bc around 10AM Ben still wasn’t there and didn’t keep his word. I ended up doing the job myself and putting a “used” radiator in when he told me he would get me a new one bc of the immaturity on how things were being handled. After all that was said and done, Ben kept telling me we will settle up a different day when we were both free. But then they harass you for you to pay when it’s convenient for them. A lot of young kids running this place. Would never go there again and definitely not recommending anyone to go there. It’s surprising he is still in business. Let me add that they also broke several things off my truck in luring the radiator which isn’t my responsibility to pay for considering you broke it in the first place."
"A few months ago I brought my 7.3 in to do an upgraded valve body, they told me to bring my truck in on a certain day (keep in mind this is a two hour job at the most) 4 days later, still haven’t heard one thing about my truck, took countless calls to finally get an update on my truck and it was finally done a week later, I get in my truck with mud all over the carpets and stains on my seats."
"These guys are very professional they did a full motor build on my boyfriends truck it came out amazing no complaints at all would definitely recommend for all of you’re diesel repairs and needs"
"Hopefully this will help others decide in the future. I own a 2007 f350 utility truck with 460,000 original miles. Have only done one turbo and a set of injectors. I have been a mechanic for over 40 years now. Started out with cars moved up to heavy trucks then heavy equipment. Basically I work on most anything and for the most part diesel’s. My Truck developed a tap like a bad lifter and I wanted to take a couple days off to repair whatever I found wrong. My young boss said I can’t afford to have you out for one day so he suggested I take to Jersey diesel performance. I have never taken anything I owned to a shop. Anyway I had it towed there last early july. It sat for weeks till we heard anything about it. The owner said they were going to change the cam and lifters and I guess heads. I have never seen this place and had to keep asking my boss what’s going on with my truck. Months went by no answer. Finally they said they were waiting for a harness to come and it was almost ready. Still waiting yet. Apparently they had problems they said with the heads not sealing and took it upon themselves to put in another motor. We had no call about that too. Finally in January of this year the were calling us to say truck is ready. When they sent the bill I almost fainted. Over 15,000$. I asked what they did and they said they put a rebuilt motor in. I asked who authorized it?? No answer. I had no choice but to pay it and I picked it up on a Sunday morning. When we got there I knew by looking at the business it wasn’t good. The kid mike showed me my truck it was outside all greased up inside and out. Back bumper was dented from them pushing it into the shop. Also we raised the hood and air filter was missing. My floor mats missing too. We left there and my friend Jerry said truck isn’t shifting right so we stopped at a convenience store and I automatically knew it was low on atf. We topped off and made it back home. After looking around the job. Main wire harnesses was just laying over valve cover studs.nothing was put back in place correctly. Power steering hose routed wrong and clip just hanging no bolt to secure it. Ac compressor had 2 bolts one missing. Trans cooler hose was bent under truck. Batteries both missing hold downs. Missing engine heat shield. I had to pull turbo and pulled up pipes and found one pipe flange crushed. Turbo missing one bolt and one loose. One was tight. Re adjusted trans cable. Basically had to redo everything they did after paying all that money. They dented my right front fender and left cab corner. Had to have a dent guy come here to fix. Ben actually came to my house to fix a couple of things. They took the lower trans hose loose from the radiator but said when they come back they have to pull the bumper to get rest off that was on a Saturday. My only day off is Sunday so I went out there Sunday morning took a razor knife cut the hose pulled off and reinstalled new in less than 10 minutes. With bumper on. All the push in pins were just laying there I had to reinstall all that too. I have never seen such sloppy work in all my years of doing repairs. Makes me sick to my stomach. I told the mother send me all my parts back. She did and sent 7.3 parts not mine 6.0. Not sure how they stay in business but most people just don’t know what they are doing to them. Please be careful."
"A couple months back, I had Ben do a oil cooler on my 6.4 powerstroke due to insane deltas. It was actually almost a year ago at this time. A few weeks back my deltas were getting weird again and I was like there's no way. When I contacted Ben, he thoroughly explained to me about how the design on 6.0 and 6.4s oil coolers is just not all that great and this is a common problem. With zero hesitation I brought truck back and another oil cooler was done. Turn-around time was decently quick especially for how busy they are!"
