"This place is wonderful! I have been threading my eyebrows for a long long time - usually go to a place in NYC but they were closed so I have come here twice now. I can tell you this place is one of the best - the price is reasonable, the shape of my eyebrows afterwards is always lovely and for whatever remarkable reason the pain of threading is much less here (though the threading itself is just as detailed and thorough). absolute magic :) so glad I found this place!"

"Quite sloppy when it came to waxing brows and lips. More times than not, I left with waxy/ sticky spots over my face. The most recent and last time I went, the lady dropped wax on my hair and used some oil to get it off along with a pair of scissors. That was the last straw for me. It definitely is a place that gets the job done for cheap, but the experience just isn’t it, unless you feel okay with random product applied on your hair to remove excess wax that shouldn’t get on there to begin with or leave with waxy/ sticky spots around your eyes and cheeks. Look elsewhere in that case."

"Horrible experience, the lady doing eyebrows didn't take the care and attention needed. She left me with an eyebrow shape thiner than what I requested, after I had showed her a clear picture of how I normally get my eyebrows done! This lady just starts threading and waxing hair off your brows like crazy without even asking questions or confirming what is it that you want. She doesn't seem to understand the customers needs, and its clear from her lack of communication. Very unpleasant experience. And then she has the nerve to ask you for a tip!!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY EYEBROWS TO GROW BACK AND GO TO MY USUAL PLACE (Bespoke Brows Nyc). If you’re looking proper care and people who understand customer service, try this place out. And STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !"
