"Wow! Wow! Wow! I cannot say enough great things about American Concierge! I found their website, filled out the form, and was contacted by Leslie. She got to know me and what I wanted to see and do while in Paris. What hooked me to use AC was having an American guide, no language or accent barrier. On our first day in Paris my mother and I took a 4 hour private driving tour with our guide Rosemary. She’s amazingly well versed in the architecture and artistry of Paris. She and our driver, Claude, packed an extraordinary amount of sights and information into our tour. On a personal note, my mother’s mobile is limited and I love photography. The private driving tour made several stops allowing me, and Rosemary, to pop out for a few photos and my mother to sit comfortably with Claude in his Tesla. What an amazing way to spend our first day in Paris!! "I originally contacted American Concierge to help me plan a surprise 6 day trip to Paris over the Christmas holiday. Since we had never been to Paris before, it was hard to figure out all of the areas to visit and the must-see things to do. This was compounded by it being over Christmas day, where most things were closed. Leslie was excellent in figuring out our wants and desires and in working with me in keeping the trip a surprise from my wife of 45 years. Then she suggested an event that literally blew up all of her work for our trip. This was not a tour she could generate income from, but something outside of the scope of her business....A Wedding Vow renewal. She made a connection with one of her many contacts that she has in Paris, and the trip of a lifetime was in her hands. The trip for two was now a trip for 7 as we included our family to join us in Paris. Leslie redesigned the trip for 7 using the BEST tour guides, Rosemary for the walking tour of Montmartre, Isobelle for the Le Maris tour, Night lights tour, and the Musee D'Orsay and Francoise for Invalides/Rodin Museum. Lisa, who did the small-group food tour in St Germain des Pres was wonderful in giving us an overview of the district, along with providing us with some very tasty bites along the way. Sylvie was very knowledgeable about the wines that we had at our wine tasting. David, the Paris Desk Contact was instrumental in getting us dinner reservations at some of the neighborhood restaurants(not an easy thing to do over Christmas, and for 7 people). When we go back to Paris, I will not hesitate to use Sharon and Leslie at American Concierge to plan my trip once again. I cannot think of any easier way to travel and visit Paris.
