"This company cost me over $1000 extra at the end of my vacation!!! Everything thing started ok until 2 nights before our checkout we got a message from Disney telling us we had to be out the next day by 11am. I booked 2 rooms for 6 nights and 5 days of tickets in the parks with park hopper. Well I guess our travel agent only booked us for 5 nights. We had to leave a day early for our 14 hour drive back home. So we lost out on 1 park day ticket for 5 people and our return hotel could not be cancelled and moved up a night so I lost money on that as well. I frantically called and emailed our agent. Then I spoke to the front desk and they were fully booked. The travel agent finally got back to me and just told me to check with the front desk. This ruined a family trip and was very sad for the kids. I will never use this agency again and will tell everyone I can to stay away."

"I don’t understand the point of using a travel agent unless I just got unlucky Everything was on me as far as reservations/booking anything. The only thing she did was book my room….I could’ve done that myself I got an email from Disney (not my travel agent) saying that the pool at the place I’m staying will be closed so when I mentioned this to her, it was “oh I was going to tell you that” then she proceeded to offer me a different resort who’s pool will also be closed. How do I know more than her?? I’m sorry but I’m just not understanding the point of using this service, if anything it’s more inconvenient for me since any time I need to make any changes I have to email and wait to hear back for her do it instead of just doing it myself I used this service to take the stress of it off of me but none of that is included, it’s all on you"

"Our family vacation included 12 people for 7 nights at the Disney Beach Club Resort with the 5 Day Park Hopper. I have not seen one case where Small World saved us any money when compared to going direct through Disney. In fact, going direct would have saved me money since a group reservation requires all persons purchase the same park tickets. Some in our group would have purchased three day passes. Through numerous phone calls and emails, I was assured that our one bedroom Villa accessible room had a walk-in shower and bench seat and we got neither. I asked at Guest Services and they referred me to my travel agent who promptly referred me to Guest Services. The classic run around was applied. Since both had been paid in full a month earlier, nobody cared - nothing happened! Enjoying Disney begins by avoiding Small World Vacations."

Yeah, we've worked with Amber for 15+ years and she's helped us with close to 20 Disney vacations -- mostly cruises, but some park visits too. She is knowledgeable, easy-to-work with and helps us just as much as we need along the way. Keeps track of all the payments and promotions which can get confusing. I have happily referred her to cousin and in-laws and continue to recommend her heartily."
