"I just lost 912 dollars from this "Company" that never bothered to let me know that there was insurance along with the resort tickets i bought or inform me of any terms or of the refund window. My travel agent just assumed since I was young that I wouldnt want insurance so here I am out of over 900 dollars and I am not even able to enjoy the stupid resort I payed for. NEVER EVER use this agency they are seriously unprofessional. My travel agent had no problem calling me several times a week to get my flight information but as soon as i told her I wanted to cancel (which I informed her 2 months in advance due to health issues) she was no where to be heard until last minute. On top of that all she did was lie to me and place the blame the the Paragon agency and the resort itself instead of taking any type of responsibility for herself. This is exactly why no one uses travel agents anymore. Once again do NOT use this agency you are better off planning your own trip!"
