"Sure the prices are pretty cheap but so is the customer service. As someone who has worked in providing good customer service I’m disgusted. For starters the woman who was “helping” me was beyond distracted as she was having a great chat with whoever was on the other line. Secondly I had called earlier to make the reservation and just had to come to the location and make the payment which for some reason took her a whole hour, but to top it all off she then tells me the system is not letting her process the reservation as if I was waiting for the fun of it."
