Update, after this review was published, I got a response from the travel agency and got a refund of half the amount paid. Thank you"

"Have always used AMEX travel and had no idea I was being outsourced to Up and Away travel. While Terence was friendly at booking, when I had problems he didn't respond and when I finally reached him, was rude and unapologetic (He booked too small a window between flights causing me major headaches on both ends) While everyone on my tour had no problem making changes to their flights, I was charged fees since I unknowingly used this terrible third party agent that even AMEX when I called had no idea who they are?! Save yourself the headache and book directly with the airline."

"Mr Sonny Chatrath provided me with exceptional service. I needed to book flights to a port of call for a cruise line and a return flight from another foreign city. Not only did I receive four flights that would work for me, Mr. Chatrath tried multiple times to credit my account with accrued travel points from a credit card company. He placed several calls on my behalf and encouraged me to contact the company after he was unsuccessful. Following my fruitless efforts with the credit card company, he once again tried to gain access to my points in order to save me money on the flights. This time he was successful in learning the reason why my points could not be transferred. Then, he contacted me via email to explain the policy issue. He was so diligent and effective in sorting out the problem. Thus, in the future I will be well aware of specific restrictions from my credit card company regarding travel points"
