"At this point I would not recommend using this agency. I reached out earlier this year to reserve my milestone anniversary. The first agent I spoke with Byran seemed very overwhelmed but managed to get our trip booked with rooms and hotels requested. He was quick to collect my 3k deposit and then go silent. When I called the agency again after several unanswered emails, I was told Bryan no longer worked for the company. I spoke with Peggy who took my request to forward along, but returned my responses a few days later. When I reached out again I was passed along to Sharon. At this point I took some time to think about if I wanted to go forward with Pacific Holidays. I sent my cancellation request via email and followed up with a call. I was told to give it some time for approval. The next day I received an invoice for my refund minus $945. There was an unmentioned cancellation fee from Sofitel, that if booked directly is not charged plus credit fee and handling fee per person. The reason for the long review comes in the fact that after calling for clarification on the hotel fee I was told my refund for the rest of the fund can take 50 to 60 days. No where is this acceptable or stated."

"We used Pacific Holidays for a trip to French Polynesia and had a great experience. The hotel names were provided ahead of time and allowed us to look into each option (the tour company was also able to arrange room upgrades for us). No issues at all with the transportation or rooms - someone was there to meet us every time we arrived at a new island. Highly recommend!"

"8 Day Tour of Egypt and Nile Cruise 1/4-12/2023. I don't usually write reviews but this trip called for it. Our first trip to Africa and Pacific Holiday Tours got everything right. From the flights to the hotel and cruise and the local tour guides. Special shout out to Bryan Ruiz who worked with me setting up this vacation. He was patient and responded every time I had a question. The guides were on point, very pleasant and took good care of us. The Cairo Pyramid Hotel was great, with wonderful view of the pyramids from our balcony. The Nile cruise ship, Blue Shadow II was beautiful, modern and well kept. Food was good too. The tour schedule was grueling though. We thought we were in shape but sadly not. These tours kicked our butts! But all in all, a great experience. Looking forward to our next big adventure with Pacific Holidays!!"

"Just wanted to tell you that we had the best vacation ever! When our initial flight was cancelled, I was pleased to see you respond quickly and solve the problem. The Hilton was beautiful and across the street from a great supermarket and mini mall.Our room was excellent and so was the service! La Bora Bora Pearl Resort was amazing! We felt like royalty and were so pampered! The room, the grounds, the amenities and expecially the customer service were incredible. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone!"

"I toured all around Romania in May with Pacific Holidays and I found them to be quite knowledgeable and friendly. Our guide Adrian was top-notch and you could ask him anything and he would have the answer. Romania is a rapidly developing country with wonderful sites to visit. Lots of history, and lots of unique experiences. Go soon, before the crowds come. It's wonderful!"
