"I had an 11:30 appointment for a gel manicure. When I arrived I was of the only People in there but they started to get busy. Whoever was taking the gel off my nails began rushing because they were “getting backed up.” I picked a color that apparently was a black with a shimmer on top of it. It was supposed to be gunmetal grey. But the swatch didn’t have a number so apparently she guessed. I said something about the color being wrong and she ran for a different shimmer. Long story short I left with a totally different color than I asked for, was talked to like an idiot when I pointed out what I got vs what I wanted. She was putting on so many layers that I assumed it would eventually be correct. It wasn’t and I paid $40 for a manicure that was entirely not the color I wanted. Which I’m now stuck with for two weeks unless I want to pay again. I came here hoping to finally find a good place in the area and was sadly mistaken."
