"Got a French tip gel shellac manicure and gel French tip pedicure. The pedicure was done well. Cleaned my cuticles and all. But my manicure was done poorly. The tech rushed to put on the artificial nail without cleaning my cuticles. I asked why, she told me she would do it when cleaning them up. I should have stopped her then but when she did the finishing touches she was rough on my nails. The residue of the gel landed on my hands. She did not do well removing them. She was heavy handed on the clippers which resulted to my skin ripped off all around my hands. She was also pressuring me to get other services that I didn’t want. In the end my hands looked busted more than I came and was told to pay a fee of $117.00 cash. I wasn’t happy with the service at all. I asked why she did not do my cuticles on my hands, I was told for shellac they do not do that only for regular nail work. Never will I get my hands done there again.
