"I got a UV gel full set from Rosa. She did great and gave me the perfect natural nails. :) I also got an amazing spa pedicure that I 100% recommend. A little on the expensive side, but it was worth it being that I haven’t gotten a mani or pedi in a while."

"I used to come here several years ago but then switched to somewhere closer to home. I came back here this month because of a gift card I received. I did a regular manicure and pedicure. The owner and staff are not friendly. I do regular manicure and pedicures religiously and they always hold up well for days before any sign of chipping. My manicure at Nails By Sue didn’t last more than an hour (and yes I dried very well). At first I thought maybe this was just a one time incident - maybe I without knowing did something to ruin them so then I went back a week later with my remaining balance on my gift card and same thing again. I leave after my services and the polish on both my hands and feet already chipping off. I don’t know if they’re base coats, polishes or whatever they used are just old our outdated, but their quality doesn’t last at all. I don’t expect regular manicures to last the way gel does - but my manicures at my regular place last days before any sign of wear. I will not be coming back now that my gift card is used up."

"Was excited to try this place out but walked away really disappointed. For $99 dollars, you can get a uv gel manicure with tips without cleaning of your cuticles or a basic standard manicure. Was really shocked at how they can charge Manhattan prices and deliver such horrible quality service. When I sat down I felt judged and after the manager confirmed $70 for the nails the price went up to 95$ without tax. I was told after agreeing to $70 that it’s $95 and the tech was arguing with me in front of everyone. Very unprofessional. My thumb nail is also crooked and probably have to redo my nails. Don’t go here."

"Mina did an amazing job with my gel extensions. I’ve gone to many salons around here and hated my nails when I left. She kept checking to make sure my nails were how I like them! She took her time, was so personable and I felt very comfortable. So happy I found Mina!!"
