"I’ve been to this salon a few times, I’ve gotten a gel manicure, a regular manicure, and a gel x fill. The gel x fill I got today (done by Coco) is amazing. I love the shape and length. She worked quickly and thoroughly. I’ve had to wait a couple times in the past, as they’re usually pretty busy, but I didn’t have to today. They have a TON of color options for gel, dip, and regular polish. I’ll definitely be back for the gel x manicures!"

"FIRST AND LAST BAD EXPERIENCE. I got my nails done yesterday with sns and a gel coat finish. This is my usual request and I have never had an issue. I have been going to this nail salon for years, but today was a really bad experience. My fresh nail job started peeling yesterday. A few hours after getting it done. This morning i went back to change the color since i was not happy with the quality of the gel. I went directly to the owner and got taken care of right away. After the nail tech was done she notified me of a $32 fee. I tried to clarify the charges with the owner. She was extremely rude and she started speaking her native language and just said it was not their fault. I also, pay up to $80 every three weeks at this nail salon with no hesitation, but because of the bad service i will not be coming back and my bank will take care of canceling charges coming from this business. Answer: I directed myself to you when I came in and specified I wanted a color changed because of the poor quality of the gel. At which point you did not specified any extra charges would be applied. Instead, you choose to justify your actions via a Google review instead of doing it in person when I was there asking why I was being charged for a service that should have been free. Specially when I literary came back the following morning after my nails were done. Either way, I got my money back and I’ll never come back."
