"Well, this review is going to be strange because it started out wonderful and the timeframe of delivery was acceptable until I realized the salesman in the store ordered me the wrong chairs when they were delivered. I went to the store physically the day after and that’s three days ago and I still haven’t heard whay the plan is on doing about the exchange of them. The salesman said he was going to call corporate the next day and get back to me immediately and like I said it’s been a couple days he has not called me back"

My building has requirements for after 9am delivery which was communicated a month in advance. They tried to deliver the couch at 6am and charge me for a $99 reschedule fee when it was not my mistake."
