"Gorgeous merchandise. Very friendly, helpful staff. I bought many complicated items there to renovate two bathrooms. I needed extra help with a shower head that was defective. Also I needed the glass shelves for my medicine cabinet replaced when my electrician dropped them. Monica made good in both situations. She went out of her way to help me. This is an excellent establishment."

I had some issues with valves and faucets I bought from them quite some time ago and he was fantastic in helping me get the parts and walking me through it so I can change them myself.. he was great!!
