"Mr. Birch’s service exceeded my expectations. I received a very high fine (regular fine plus additional fines for speeding over 25 mph over the speed limit) and 6 points. He told me there was a good chance he would be able to get the points removed but could not guarantee getting the fines cancelled. He did all the work behind the scenes.
