"This is only getting a one star because of the review format, this business deserves zero. I went to Lou's Auto Specialties for a car inspection. I entered the establishment and was told in a rude and unprofessional manner to wait 30 minutes for the inspection. I waited 45 minutes before approaching the same person for an update on my status and was told to park my car in front of another business's driveway. I waited a couple more minutes and approached the person asking if he would have time for my car or if I should leave. The worker then told me "I don't care" and walked off. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here as I agree with another reviewer who said "worst customer service ever, do not go here." I went elsewhere which was much better, I recommend going to National Auto Body Collision Inc (1328 Utica Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203) which gave much better service and handled this process quickly."
