"My daughter gor her 2nd piercing in November. All good, until 1 day are was infected. Bleeding, oozing, etc. Finally got out cause she was in pain but not back in. In May she decided to get the 1 redone so she was even. Woman advised us what earrings to get for when time to change. Well over the 6wks and we changed. After about 2 weeks ear hurts. Oozing, bleeding etc!! Now I spent a nice amount there at your store. Between piercing 2 ears, then just 1 and an expensive pair of earrings.! I'm out now prob over $150. That's just not right. For it to happen 2x from your store!. She NEVER had issues w her first and they were done at piercing pagoda."

"The experience here was absolutely worth every penny. We spent about 65.00 per set but the customer service and professionalism was on point. We were in and out within 30min and that was for 2 kids. The young lady was professional and patient, she spoke to them and counted with them and made them feel very comfortable with everything she was doing. She took her time and cleaned each item and labeled everything for them. I would go back 100x over."

"People steer clear from this place the little girls they have their piercing ears have no clue what they’re doing brought my daughter in there and totally messed up on the piercing and then wanted to charge me to re-pierce them. Unprofessional have no clue what they’re doing stay away"

"Overall good atmosphere however there was one worker on August 8 who is absolutely terrible to us. Makes no effort to be friendly at all completely disregarded us and our questions and sent us out of the store. Extremely rude and disrespectful. It’s hard to believe that a person like that would work at a place centered towards younger girls."

"Recently got my ears re-pierced from them. They had very friendly employees who made small talk and made the experience more comfortable. The piercing did not hurt and healed up quickly with the advice they gave me. Edit: I've been here twice now for piercings and both have healed well. Would recommend."
