"After receiving two bad haircuts from two different stylists here, I decided to give this place one more try rather than find a new salon. So, I kept my 11 o’clock appointment with Joann for Friday, 1/19/24. This was the day that 2-4 inches of snow was predicted, but we only got rain. When I arrived to my appointment, I found a hand written note on the door saying “Closed due to weather.” I did not receive a phone call prior to my appointment, nor has there been any communication from them since. Two crappy haircuts and driving there not knowing my appointment was cancelled was the end for me. Found a new salon that day and got a great haircut!"

"Great experience!! I’m new to the area and was looking for a great stylist and salon. I found just what I was looking for at Hairport! Phyllis, the owner, happily gave me an appointment with her stylist Jodi. When I got there I was welcomed immediately. Phyllis was extremely friendly. Jodi was so nice and listened to my concerns and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Again, Thank you so much to Hairport and Jodi. I found my new Salon!!"
