"I went in to buy wire cutters and was sold pliers I was assured would work. When they didn’t, I brought the tool back in it’s original packaging and the person who sold it to me wouldn’t refund it. He knew all along he didn’t have the correct tool, but sold me something anyway and then refused to return it. I would avoid this business like the plague."
