"I rented this space for my 30th and it was amazing. Yaana was extremely helpful throughout the process and also decorated the place for my event. This was super convenient as with most event spaces you will also need to hire someone for decorations, but with Yaana's space, she offers this service as well. The space seated 65 of my close friends and family comfortably, it also came dj ready with a booth/bluetooth speakers and the space is very clean. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at XYZ Avenue! I would definitely book again for future events."

XYZ_Avenue’s Venue in itself set the tone for a beautiful night and the owner came through with the perfect decorations from the tables setting, all the way to the backdrop, and much more. Let’s talk about great customer service, anytime i had a question or any concerns she got back to me really fast and that’s a plus for me.She worked with me through the whole process offering me add on i needed.Great space very clean very pretty love the led lights on the celling my favorite and overall the owner is a sweetheart.i can go on and on i will highly recommend i give them a 10 out of 10 My birthday celebration came out great thanks for having me."
