AR Workshop Westfield

"The experience itself was a lot of fun and the staff made it very simple. Our assigned staff member was so helpful and very kind and my mom who was so hesitant to come because she thought she’d never be happy to do it was so happy when she walked out. My only complaints are the brushes are so hard and difficult to paint with, they clearly need to be cleaned better at the end of the night and I think they may need a new blade to cut the designs. My stencil had intricate details that were not cut properly that four of us (including a AR staff member) had trouble weeding it and had to piece the image back together in places to make it look correct. The same happened with my sisters project. It was just the smaller images that weren’t cut correctly. I felt disappointed about that and felt that part should have been less frustrating. I have also been attempting to contact the business since we left, both via voicemail and email and can’t get a response. So apparently unless you have a class scheduled, customers inquiries aren’t very important to them. I’d still go back. The overall experience was very good, I just felt a customer based business like this that creates special and intricate projects would be a little better with the customer’s needs."
