"This review is specifically for the Claire's in Westfield, NJ. I hadn't stepped foot in a Claire's since the 90s. But, I went this past Sunday (12/24/23) and, happily, not much has changed. Still full of affordable, on-trend accessories, super cute stuff, great for shopping for gifts or yourself. Now, let me talk about Keonna-- an expert piercer! We were really there because I was taking my 12yo daughter to get her ears pierced. It was a nearly painless process-- just a teeny pinch. Then she did mine, too (second holes in both ears). Keonna was so gentle, so friendly, and helpful. She really put us both at ease. I told her I eventually wanted to do piercings all the way up my ear to the cartilage and she said to come back and let her do it. I will definitely go back! Also, it has to be mentioned: it's a great price for piercings. Thank you, Keonna!"

"Air conditioning was broken last few times we visited."

"The sales person was very nice I felt bad because the whole time we were there I guess the owner of main manager was criticizing everything she had done. She was complaining about how she set things up, that music wasnt playing, that the AC didn't work. It was uncomfortable for sure. Claire's, of course, is much too expensive also."

"I came here with my 4 year old to get her ears pierced and Dawneisha (sorry not sure of the spelling!) was very helpful and she took her time to ensure everything was perfect. She was great!"

"I would not go here for ear piercings. I took my daughter (who is almost 6) to have her ears pierced. They did it at the same time but the tool on one side got stuck on her ear and wouldn't come off. It took 5 minutes for the girl to get it off my daughter's ear all the while my poor daughter was crying. And to boot, they made me pay for it. Never again!"
