"Yesterday I went to drop off some Amazon returns at this store.....I always have a great customer service from the young employees there. This time the older gentleman took care of me and boy it went downhills!!!! I did what I always do and got my QR ready to be scanned, he scanned them but he grab the wrong item then came back to scan the last one. He snapped on me and said you need to give me one by one.....I replied I don't work here how should I know.... he made me feel it was my fault he got mixed up the label with the items.... I never had to do their job since the other employees always know what to do. I'll go to another UPS to do my returns. It's not worth the aggravation"

"Visited Galloway UPS yesterday to have prints made of family photos. Ben was very careful and considerate lining up the photos while giving best size and price for copies. So much faster and easier and more personal than running out to the mall. Thank you Ben"
