"The manager does not really come off nice. Also, other salad-works make the sandwich the way you want it this one doesn’t. They don’t think of people having allergies and just simply wanting the sandwich a certain way. They could of made up another mix for me since I’m allergic to pecans."

"First, I want to start off by saying that I don't mind spending $ for quality. I'm so upset right now, I can't even eat the slop that was given to me. I have been a customer here for many years. And Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad and Large Soup to go. When I ordered the Salad. The visibly agitated server said there was no Buffalo Chicken. One of the other servers said hot sauce. The Server said oh..never mind.... then proceeded to take a tablespoon size of plain Chicken plop it on my Salad. Then took hot sauce and poured it on the Chicken and Salad. As you can see in the picture, I posted, not a good mix if it's not mixed in with the Chicken. Given the choice I would've chose another Salad. And then I was rushed through the line like Cattle. When I got to the Cashier. He informed me there were no rolls ready. And if I'd like Chips instead. $16.30 for a meal totally not worth the money. Absolutely Horrible Experience! Don't waste your money!"
