Reviews
"Expensive, higher prices then other super markets."
"Went to the seafood department and asked the Bucher if the shrimp on display was clean and devein and he said " I HAVE NO IDEA" that said it all for me and I walked right out the door, it looks like they worry more about people stilling than taking care of their custumer service skills. THE WORST SUPERMARKET I'VE EVER SEEN, IF.. YOU CAN CALL THAT A SUPERMARKET!!!"
"Despite the high prices, I do appreciate that the store is clean and well-staffed. Having enough workers available to keep the lines moving is a major plus, as it allows customers to get in and out quickly."
"I’m usually not one to leave reviews, much less a negative one, but this supermarket is by far the worse one I’ve ever been to. It was my first time coming here & as soon as I started to walk into this establishment, the first thing I noticed was the “security guard” eyeing me , my partner & my 4 month old baby. I didn’t think much of it at first but immediately as we entered the supermarket the “security guard” took my sons baby bag from my partner and gave us some sort of ticket in exchange. Mind you, he’s only still a newborn , and a preemie at that. My baby bag contained items ONLY for my son, and they were still big on taking it from us. I had to get real upset & a couple other shoppers had to get involved, arguing with the security guard by telling him that my baby bag wasn’t a threat to himself or the supermarket & that I had every right to have my bag. After things started to escalate, the man finally gave in and let us have our baby bag but proceeded to eye/follow us around as we shopped. That was ridiculous. Although we had that negative interaction upon arrival, we decided to stay and shop for our items considering we had already made the drive, and they seemed to have decent selections. Once our cart was full and we had all the items we needed/wanted , the lady at the cashier gave us an even harder time. She called up an employee named “Samantha” , who treated us worse than rodents. Right as she approached me, she spoke to me with such a nasty attitude & demeanor , even though I never gave her any reason for it. At this point , every word coming out of her mouth was so rude and unprofessional, that other shoppers were beginning to notice the mistreatment once again. A very kind woman paying her groceries even made the comment “ acuérdate que ella es una persona, no un animal” towards the worker. I am completely taken aback by the way this supermarket is ran. Although I enjoyed their selections, I refuse to ever shop here again. I made sure to make this review for those who have never been here or are not aware of the circumstances this supermarket puts its customers through. As for Samantha, you were the most unprofessional, and smart mouthed employee I’ve ever came across. Learn to treat customers, and any other human being in general, as humans and not roadkill. After all, remind yourself that you work at a local supermarket and not The Forbes. Humble yourself, weirdo."
"Supremo Food supermarket it's a good place to go if you just want to pick something out very quickly. I don't go food shopping there because the lines are always ridiculous and they only have 2 to 3 registers open. They do have a cash-only line for small amount items. If you don't mind the long lines then you could go there for food shopping the prices are good. Me personally like to go to Twin City supermarket. The people there are very friendly. The parking space is huge and free."
