"Ordered Three polos off their website.. took over a week for the order to show up to FedEx. And now it has been another Two weeks... and my order still isn't here, no expected delivery date. From North Carolina to Pennsylvania damn near a month for a small order to arrive. Will not be getting my business in the future."
"I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online for my brother for Christmas on November 28th. I paid 5 dollars for them to be shipped. 3 weeks later the shoes still haven't arrived. I called on the Friday before Christmas because my product had not arrived. When I called they were sold out on one of the shoes that I ordered. They promised to overnight the shoes which would mean arrival on either Saturday or Monday at the worst. Its now Friday December 28th and I still don't have these shoes. This is ridiculous! I will never spend my money with original penguin."
