"There was a new employee this morning at Landers market. I’m usually a weekly regular with egg and bacon sandwiches and this was the first time I had ever seen this woman behind the deli counter. I had to repeat to the lady in the deli department numerous times, of how I wanted the two sandwiches made. Not only did she leave out the bacon on both sandwiches. She didn’t add salt and pepper to one of them, and with the other, she put cheese, which I didn’t request for being as I’m lactose intolerant. I tried calling the store after I finally got home and settled, but it went straight to a voicemail. They may need to replace this elderly woman. She seemed to understand the English language quite well, but because she needed me to repeat my order about five times and still got it completely wrong, I wonder if she has dementia and doesn’t realize it. I feel it’s important that I mention this perhaps because her employer may need to consider replacing her being as she does not have a great memory for preparing two simple sandwiches!"

"I usually get the egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Always made well. There is only 1 person making food, so the line can get long sometimes, especially during lunch time. Otherwise, usually enjoy their food. The deli has a large variety and everything seems pretty fresh."
