"Got blow out with Tania for a weekend wedding event. Did a horrible job. Did not put any effort into straightening out hair after wash. As a result the hair after the blow out was frizzy, not smooth and straight as it should be with a professional blow out. No volume inspite of telling her several times and showing her a picture of what I wanted and how I wanted. No shine to the blow out at all. Could have done a better job myself at home. I don't think she knows how to handle Indian hair. Not w en a basic blow out. And at the end of it instead of addressing my concerns, she was like"that's the best I can do. Sorry you don't like it" To top it off, left me in the middle of blow drying to attend to a consultation with another customer. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this place. I think they are only comfortable dealing with white people. Very very disappointed and angry customer. Rita Goradia."
