"I was flabbergasted to come into Trader Joe’s to shop to witnesses the unprofessional conduct of the store security personnel who was sleeping on his shift not vigilant of the whereabouts of the store. He should be terminated immediately!!!!!"

"Yesterday, I purchased whole bean coffee at Trader Joe’s and realized today that I needed it ground. Upon returning to the store, I was uncertain whether this would be possible and how it could be done. This is where Will, an employee at Trader Joe’s, stepped in. His customer service was exceptional! Not only was Will incredibly friendly, but he also took a proactive approach. He assisted me with grinding the beans in a natural and courteous manner, leaving a lasting impression on me. Such helpfulness and professionalism deserve recognition. "The perfect grocery store, unless you want a name brand thing only. Extremely large underground store with possibly everything you need at low prices, very helpful staff, great quality with a guarantee (if you don't like they will take it back and give a refund). 97% of things I have brought from trader Joe's I have loved and I still have hundreds left to try and they bring out new things every week too. The only other issue is they sometimes stop selling some things to let new products come in, so if you really love something, you may need to stockpile it."
